Gary's crews can provide the labor if Little League purchases the materials. As we stated at the meeting last week, we are not able to expand our service level beyond what we are currently providing and this seems to be the best interim solution for next }F year. Please look this estimate over and let us know what you want to do. The prices could vary somewhat from this estimate, however, the overall cost should be within the $3,000 - $3,500 range for the items listed. Any additional improvements would increase this amount. A prompt reply is required if you want to have a minimal turf established for next year. Thank you for your time and consideration. • Sin)-1 , 4 f: Steve Beachy Director, Parks &Recreation Copies: Parks &Recreation Board 1 Home'of Texas A&M University .•. E.14 September 14, 1995 David Gerling City of College Station College Station, Texas Dear David Gerling: Thanks to the support of our many contributors, the raffle and auction held at the 1995 Annual Meeting of Texas Chapter of the American Fisheries Society was an enormous success. Waiver of $50.00 fee for park use that you so kindly provided, allowed our chapter to put more money in our our Fisheries Student Scholarship fund. This year the Chapter was able to raise over $1,800.00. This fund assists students in completing their studies and may allow some to attend professional presentsmeetin to the results of their research when could not otherwise gthey attend. Thank you again for your support. S incerely, Nur/ Fir Richard Ott--Mark Stacell Publicity and Exhibits Committee - Texas Chapter of the American Fisheries Society
