MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Lancaster, McGee, Sanford, Griffith, Allison MEMBERS ABSENT: Member Davis, Gantt& Conlee STAFF PRESENT: Staff Assistant Grace, Staff Planner Hitchcock & Senior Planner Battle, Customer Service Representative Smith. AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order. Chairman Lancaster called the meeting to order. AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence request from meeting. The Committee approved the absences of Conlee, Gantt & Davis (5-0) AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Hear visitors. No visitors spoke. AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Consideration, discussion and possible action of meeting minutes from April 9,2002. Ms. Sanford made the motion to approve the minutes. Mr. McGee seconded the motion,which passed unopposed (5-0). AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: Discussion of Committee goals. The group discussed the goals that they set a year ago. It was decided that once the new members are appointed this would be a topic of discussion. AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: Discussion of City Website. The group discussed this item and placed it for future discussion when new members were appointed. The group listed the City Website and the collection of historic photos/documents. AGENDA ITEM NO.8: Adjourn The meeting was adjourned.
