1. Call to Order.
2. Possible Action and discussion on absence requests.
3. Initial Hear Visitors.
Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed
under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or
assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the
recitation of existing policy may be issued.
4.Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of April 3,
2006.
5.Report, possible action, and discussion led by Assistant City Attorney Angela M. DeLuca
regarding open meetings and open records.
6.Report, possible action, and discussion regarding the committee practices and procedures.

may inquire about a subject for which notice has not be given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
