1. Call to Order.
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence requests.
3. Initial Hear Visitors.
Visitors are asked to announce their name and address for the record. Visitors may address the Historic Preservation Committee for
three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a
subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be issued.
4. Committee and staff report of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical interests.

6.Presentation by Brazos County Historical Commission Chair Charles Schultz regarding the Providence Baptist Church Community

Project and brief discussion regarding partnering for commemoration of Texas in World War II on the 60 anniversary of the end of
the war on September 2, 2005, as encouraged by the Texas Historical Commission.
7.Review and consideration regarding HPC chairman referral to City Council.
8.Review, consideration, and possible action regarding interview panel for Heritage Volunteer Coordinator.
9.Report, consideration, and possible action regarding Heritage Folks Lunch Bunch.
10.Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the review of Northgate Historic Resource Survey.
Project Updates:
11. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the May Heritage Month events.
12. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding Project HOLD.
13. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series.

17. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire
about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy
may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
18. Adjourn.
