1. Call to Order.
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence requests.
3. Initial Hear Visitors.
Visitors are asked to announce their name and address for the record. Visitors may address the
Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under
the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for
research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may
be issued.
4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes of November 16, 2004.
5. Committee and staff report of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical
interests.
Past: November 29 th: Keep Brazos Beautiful Awards Banquet: Night with the Stars.
January 11 th: Neighborhood Services Recognition Dinner
Present: Exploring History Lunch Lecture Dates: February 16 th, March 30 th, April 20 th, May 18 th, June
22 nd, July 20 th, August 24 th, September 21 st, October 19 th, and November 16 th.
6. Report, consideration and possible action regarding Heritage Preservation Month in May.
7. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding Preservation Leadership Training.
Project Updates:
8. Report, consideration and possible action regarding Project HOLD.
9. Report, consideration and possible action regarding the Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series.
10. Report, consideration and possible action regarding the Historic Marker program.
11. Report, consideration and possible action regarding marketing HPC initiatives.
12. Final Hear Visitors – Visitors are asked to announce their name for the record. Visitors may address

13. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire
about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the
recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject
on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
14. Adjourn.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
