1. Call to Order.
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence requests.
3. Initial Hear Visitors.
Visitors are asked to announce their name and address for the record. Visitors may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate
agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued.
4. New Member welcome and introductions.
5. Report, discussion, and possible action regarding recommending an individual to City Council for HPC
appointment to fulfill the ordinance requirement for nine members.
6. Report, discussion, and possible action regarding scheduling a date for a HPC Strategic Planning Retreat.
7. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding committee functions and committee assignments.
8. Report, discussion, and possible action regarding forming committee bylaws.

9. Report and discussion regarding the September 3, 2005 Texas in WWII event, commemorating the 60
anniversary of the end of the World War II.
10. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding Project HOLD.
11. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series.
12. Report, consideration, and possible action regarding the Historic Marker program.
13. Calendar of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical interests.

15. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire about a
subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda
for a subsequent meeting.
16. Adjourn.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be
