1.Call to Order.
2.Consideration, discussion and possible action on absence requests.

4.Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes from June 8, 2004.
5. Update on presentation regarding the City Council Neighborhood Issues Ad-Hoc Task Force.
6. Committee and staff report of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical
interests.
Past: July 21 st: College Station Exploring History Lunch Lecture
August 10 th: Project HOLD Volunteer Training
Present: August 25 th and September 22nd: College Station Exploring History Lunch Lectures
September 21st: HPC Strategic Planning Workshop, 5:30pm
7. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding October 29, 30 & 31 st Texas Archeology Society
Annual Meeting to be held at the College Station Hilton.
8. Report, consideration and possible action regarding establishing a Historic Preservation Lending
Library.
Project Updates:
9. Report, consideration and possible action regarding the Project HOLD volunteer initiative.
10. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire
about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the
recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the
subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
11. Adjourn.
