Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an orientation on serving on the Zoning Board of Adjustments. (J. Schubert) 4. Discussion of approved Administrative Adjustments. • 15-00900001 – 2533 Kimbolton Drive: Reduce 20-foot rear setback by one foot three inches. • 15-00900006 – Rough Draft; 313 Church Street: Reduce minimum 25% brick/stone material requirement by 1.9%. • 15-00900026 – 2401 Lancaster Court: Reduce 20-foot side street setback for garage by two feet. • 15-00900045 – Second Street Apartments: Reduce minimum required parking of 198 spaces by 18 spaces. • 15-00900065 – Copperfield Parkway Apartments; 1550 Crescent Pointe Parkway: Reduce minimum required parking of 585 spaces by 58 spaces. • 15-00900075 thru 15-00900078 – 3009-3010 Papa Bear Drive: Increase maximum driveway width of 25 feet by two feet. • 15-00900079 – 2501 Portland Avenue: Increase maximum of 50% pavement in front yard by 3.45%. 5. Consideration, possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes. • November 4, 2014 6. Consideration and possible action on future agenda items – A Zoning Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to a place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 7. Adjourn Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, an executive session will be held.
