Consideration, discussion and possible action of Absence Requests from meetings Discussion of requested Administrative Adjustments. 1103 University Drive East – 3 parking space reduction (2.5% adjustment) for Med Pro tenant. Approved. Case # 10-005000047 (BB) Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes. April 6, 2010 meeting minutes. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a request to rehear variance case #09-00500205 for 504 Guernsey, Lots 1 & 2, Block 10 of the College Park Subdivision consisting of a reduction of 8 feet to the 20-foot rear setback and a reduction of 12 feet to the 20-foot side street setback required for garages.(MKH) Consideration and possible action on future agenda items – A Zoning Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. Adjourn. Consultation with Attorney {Gov’t Code Section 551.071; possible action.
