The City Council may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending or contemplated litigation subject or settlement offer or attorney-client privileged information. Litigation is an ongoing process and questions may arise as to a litigation tactic or settlement offer, which needs to be discussed with the City Council. Upon occasion the City Council may need information from its attorney as to the status of a pending or contemplated litigation subject or settlement offer or attorney-client privileged information. Summary: The City of College Station Christmas event was held at Stephen C.Beachy Central Park for many years before it was moved to Wolf Pen Creek.However,community input has necessitated a return to Central Park.This will allow the department to consolidate all Christmas Light displays and offer a no-cost option for viewing of a large light display.The key event aspects will remain the same,to include pictures with Santa,hayride through the light displays along the park trails,holiday-themed vendors and musical performances, free hot coco and more.
