The Planning & Zoning Commission heard this item on October 19, 2017, and the motion to recommend approval failed (1-3). The City Council heard this item on November 9, 2017, and voted (4-2) to approve the request. *A Rezoning for approximately seven acres located at 801 Lincoln Avenue from GS General Suburban to PDD Planned Development District. The Planning & Zoning Commission heard this item on October 19, 2017, and voted (4-0) to recommend approval, with conditions. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items.
