The council moved into executive session at 6:31 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 2 - Action on closed session.
The council came back into open session at 6:52 p.m.
Councilman Schneider made a motion to authorize staff to negotiate the purchase of
one tract of land in the Lincoln Corridor. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Hickson which carried unanimously, Councilman Kennady absent.
