Councilman Crouch made a motion to call this emergency meeting for Tuesday, April 20th at
5:00 p.m. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schneider which carried unanimously,
6-0.
Mayor Ringer called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.

The council moved into executive session at 5:05 p.m.
