NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors of
the above captioned District will hold a special public meeting at 809 University Drive East, Suite
101A, College Station, Brazos County, Texas 77840, said address being a meeting place of the
District. The meeting will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015, at 12:00 noon. The City
Council of College Station, Texas may or may not attend the Public Meeting. The Board shall
consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such
matters:
1. Review and approve minutes of the August 18, 2015, Board of Directors meeting;
2. Ratify approval of District Registration Form relative to the appointment of the Board of
Directors by the City of College Station, Texas, and the filing of same with the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality;
3. Bookkeeper's Report;
4. Approval of operating budget for District's fiscal year ending May 31, 2016;
5. Engineer's Report;
6. Developer's Report;
7. Approval and execution of Utility and Road Agreement by and between the City of College
Station, Texas and the District;
8. Approval and execution of Partial Assignment of the Infrastructure and Economic
Development Agreement by and between the City of College Station, Texas and College
Station Town Center, L.P. to the District;
9. Establishment of a regular meeting date and time for the Board of Directors of the District;
10. Approval of District Information Form relative to the Bond and Maintenance Tax Election
held November 3, 2015;
11. Attorney's Report; and
12. Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
