Dear Mr. Lane:
The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals voted 7-0 in favor of granting a variance for the
above referenced case number with the following condition:
The stair winders be provided with a barrier that maintains a minimum of 6 inches at the narrow end.
The board realizes that by granting the variance, the stair width will be less than the code required 36
inches.
