Dear Mr. Schroff:
The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals voted 7-0 in favor of granting the requested variance
to Table 407 of the 1994 Standard Plumbing Code.
This vote was taken on October 27, 1997 and would allow a single unisex bathroom facility for the
proposed lease space at 907 B Harvey Road.
