The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals voted 6-0 in favor of granting the requested variance
to Chapter 6, Section 1,Amendment No. 5 (a),603.1.3A,Code of Ordinances.
This vote was taken on October 6, 1997 with the understanding that the proposed residence will be
