The following p t the 1994 Standard Fire Code Amendment #603.1.3A which addresses location of public fire hydrants in residential areas forthe entire 62 acres. This variance is necessary due to the following special conditions. The size of the property for a single family dwelling. This will put an unreasonable burden on applicant due to an estimated cost of installing Hydrants of $50,000. The following alternatives to the requested variance are possible. 1. Install • h drants from existin• lakes. 2. Exeinpt total acreage and property owner will be responsible for any monetary loss. This variance will not be contrary to the public interest by virtue of the following facts: This variance would have no effect on surrounding properties because of its size.
