VARIANCE REQUEST
The following specific variation from the ordinance is requested:
TRADITIONS requests that a fire lane of 19 feet be utilized rather than the 20 feet by ordinance.
This variance is necessary due to the following special conditions:
The majority of the driveway is either 20 feet or greater but there is a section that is only 19 feet. The
existing easement is presently 20 feet, but after curbing and such,the space only allows for 19 feet.
The following alternatives to the requested variance are possible:
TRADITIONS respectfully request approval. There is no remaining alternative. All of the lands
have been utilized.
This variance will not be contrary to the public interest by virtue of the following facts:
The said easement was utilized by the previous owner for large delivery trucks and equipment. A 19-
foot drive is still more than adequate for a large truck to utilize. And as stated earlier,it is only in a
section of the drive.
