NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The College Station Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a
public hearing to consider a variance request by Charles K. Piper, Jr. of the
following property:
Lot 5&6 Block 4 in the Anderson Ridge Phase IV Subdivision, zoned
General Commercial
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 Texas Avenue at 4:00 p.m. meeting of the Board on Thursday, December
17, 1992.
