4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a waiver request from the
BioCorridor Planned Development District Ordinance Section 9.4.H.1. to allow two-way
drive aisles and parking between proposed buildings and South Traditions Drive. Case
#SP2016-000026 (J. Bullock)
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a recommendation to the City of
College Station Planning and Zoning Commission on waiver requests to the BioCorridor
Planned Development District Sections 8.2.G.1 and 3 'Blocks', and Section 8.J.2 'Access
Ways', and a presentation, possible action, and discussions regarding a recommendation to
the City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commission on a Preliminary Plan
consisting of 10 commercial lots and 3 common areas on approximately 99 acres, generally
located south of HSC Parkway, west of Turkey Creek Road, and north of Raymond Stotzer
Parkway. Case #PP2016-000006 (J. Bullock)
6. Possible action and discussion on future agenda items—A BioCorridor Board Member may
inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be
limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
