Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of previous minutes. 5. Brief meeting introduction by Chair. 6. Report from HPC staff on Historic Records Coordinator Office activities. --Jacob Morris. 7. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the Brazos Valley Speaks Program, and opportunities for partnership with City of College Station oral history initiatives. 8. Discussion and possible action regarding the June EH Luncheon, the Junction Boys. 9.
