The City Council may or may not attend the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the May 17, 2016
meeting.
5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on proposed lick Creek Park Public Utility
Corridor.
6. TAMU/Hensel Park Update.
7. Mayors Monarch Pledge Update.
8. Bob Mey�r gi� update and Senior Committee use recommendations.
9. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board park assignments .

10. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks
Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke.

11.Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement
of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.

the Wolf Pen Creek Green Room, 1015 Colgate, College Station, Texas, 77840. The following
