Zone B): this site plan proposes 178 multi -family units at 514 Wellborn Road.
o Richards Addition Block 2, Lots 9A & 9B (Neighborhood cone a,
Community Zone C): this minor plat at 11/ sterling Street plats one tract
with an existing single-ramily home into two lots. As such, parRland fees are
due only for the additional lot. Staff approved the minor replat on November
2441 and the fees have been paid.
• Falcon roinr chase 3 (Neighborhood Zone 3, Community Zone
tlis site plan proposes 24 more multi-ramily units at 1915 Dartmouth
Street. The site plan was approved by the Design Review Board on December
16t" and parkland fees will be paid with the building permits.

Leman :lee Addition Block 3, Lots 14A & 148 (Neighborhood Zone 6,
Community Zone B)- this minor replat at 1610 Lemon Tree Lane replats one
single-tamily lot into two lots. As such, parkland fees are due only for the
additional lot. !he minor replat is still being reviewed ana is awaiting an
easement abandonment berore it will be riles.
o Cordova Ridge Subdivision (Neighborhood Zone 10, Community one
AL this preliminary plan proposes L1 tovvnhori a lots at 14020 Renee Lane in
the Edelweiss Gartens area. The plan is finishing it's review and will Be
scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting and fees will be paid
when the final plat is done in the future.
