AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE ELECTIVE OFFICES OF CITY ENGINEER,
CITY SANITARY ENGINEER, AND CITY HEALTH OFFICER, AND MAKING THESE
OFFICES APPOINTIVE.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas,
Section_.1. That the elective offices of City Engineer,
City Sanitary Engineer, and City Health officer be, and are hereby
abolished.
Section 11. That the duties of these respective offices
shall be performed by appointees to be selected by the Council.
Passed and approved this the 20th day of February 1941.
