AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY LIMITS OF
THE CITY INTO AND INCORPORATING THE SAME AS A PART OF THE CITY OF COL-
LEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City Charter and appicable laws
of the State of Texas, the following territory shall be incorporated within the city limits:
Beginning at an iron rod in the Southeast Right of Way line of State Highway No. 6,
said iron rod also described as being N 47° 04' W 92. 95 feet from the present City Limit
line.
Thence S 47° 04' E a distance of 492.35 feet to an iron rod for a corner.
Thence N 44° 47' E a distance of 1879. 46 feet to an iron rod for a corner.
Thence N 46° 14' W a distance of 398. 96 feet to a point for corner, said point also
being in the present City Limit line.
Thence S 45° 42. 2' W along the said present City Limit line a distance of 1872. 38
feet to a point for corner.
Thence N 47° 04' W a distance of 92. 95 feet to the place of beginning.
