AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE ALL THAT PROPERTY FROM THE MEANDERS OF WOLF
PEN CREEK SOUTH AS SHOWN ON GEER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY'S PLAT FILED
WITH THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, PRESENTLY ZONED AS DISTRICT NO. 1,
FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DIS-
TRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 p. m. ,
October 23, 1967, on the question of rezoning areas within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto and
having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has determined
the following:
To rezone or change the classification from District No. 1, First Dwelling House
District, to District No. 3, Apartment House District, all that property from the meanders
of Wolf Pen Creek south as shown on Geer Construction Company's plat filed with the City
of College Station being more particularly described as:
Beginning at an iron rod in the Southwest corner of the Morgan Rector League
as surveyed by Spencer J. Buchanan & Associates in June, 1967; said corner being
located in the South R. O. W. Line of State Highway No. 30, said R. 0. W. Line having
a bearing of North 45° 42. 2' East a distance of 600. 0'; Thence South 51° 58. 8' E a
distance of 298. 98' to an iron rod for a corner;
Thence North 24° 40'
Thence North 81° 44'
Thence South 88° 31'
Thence North 65° 58'
Thence South 80° 44'
Thence South 16° 51'

West a distance of 55. 22' to an iron rod for a corner;
