AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 210 OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, 1955, BY ADDING A NEW PARAGRAPH AFTER PARAGRAPH
(3) (c) TO BE KNOWN AS PARAGRAPH (3) (c-1); PROHIBITING THE REDUCTION
OF THE SIZE OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SITES AFTER OFFICIAL APPROVAL
OF A SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIO-
LATION OF THE ORDINANCE, AND PRESCRIBING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
Section I. That Ordinance No. 210 of the City of College Station, Texas, 1955
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding after Paragraph (3) (c), a new para-
graph to be known as Paragraph (3) (c-1), prohibiting the reduction of size of resi-
dential building sites in subdivisions after official approval of the final plat, to wit:
No dwelling for human occupancy in a district zoned as residential shall be
located or constructed on a lot or site which has been reduced in size or dimension
from that shown on the officially approved Final Plat without prior approval by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.
Section II. Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this or-
dinance shall, upon conviction, be subject to all penalties prescribed in Ordinance
No. 210, of the City of College Station, Texas, 1955.
Section III. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its date of approval.
