AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOT 14, BLOCK 2, TAUBER ADDITION PRESENTLY ZONED AS
DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT
HOUSE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 p.m., May 22, 1967 on the question of rezoning areas within the city
limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lot 14, Block 2, Tauber Addition,
presently zoned as District No. 2, Second Dwelling House District, to District
No. 3, Apartment House District, and it is so ordained that said change be
effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of May, 1967.
