That, BOBBIE JO ALEXANDER, Trustee of the Bobbie Jo Alexander
Trust, GRANTOR, of the County of Washington, State of Texas, for
and in consideration of the payment of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS ,
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid to GRANT-
OR by the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these
presents does GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said CITY OF COL-
LEGE STATION, a Texas Municipal Corporation, certain rights and
interests described below in the nature of a perpetual EASEMENT
on and through the following described property:
All that certain 0.09 acre ( 4066 square foot)
tract or parcel of land, lying and being situ-
ated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract
No. 7 , College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
and being a portion of that same 2. 33 acre
tract conveyed from Bobbie Jo Alexander, Trust-
ee to William O. Tomachefsky, Jr. , Trustee, as
described by deed of trust recorded in Volume
949, Page 25 of the Official Records of Brazos
County, Texas, said 0. 09 acre ( 4066 square
foot) tract being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said 2 . 33
acre tract.
THENCE S 44 ° 40 ' 18 " W for a distance of 19 . 26

Holleman Drive to a point for the beginning of
a curve to the right.
THENCE in a southwesterly direction for a dis-
tance of 186. 14 feet along the arc of said
curve (Curve data: central angle = 11 ° 31 '

feet, the chord bears S 50 ° 26 ' 14�� W for a
distance of 185. 83 feet) to a point for end of
said curve and corner.
THENCE N 33 ° 47 ' 51 " W for a distance of 20.00
feet across said 2.33 acre tract to a point for
corner and the beginning of a curve to the
left.
THENCE in a northeasterly direction for a dis-
tance of 182. 12 feet along the arc of said
curve (Curve data: central angle = 11 ° 31 ' 50",
radius = 904.94 feet, tangent = 91 .37 feet, the
chord bears N 50 ° 26 ' 14 " E for a distance of
181 .81 feet) to a point for end of said curve.
THENCE N 44 ° 40 ' 18 " E for a distance of 19. 06 '
feet to a point for corner in the northeast
line of said 2. 33 acre tract.

THENCE S 45° 54 ' 35" E for a distance of 20 .00
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing
0.09 acres (4066 square feet) of land, more or
less.
To erect, construct, install, and thereafter use, operate, in-
spect, repair, maintain, reconstruct, modify, and remove the fol-
lowing:
Overhead electrical transmission and distribution
lines;
upon, over, and across said property as herein described and any
ways, streets, roads, or alleys abutting same, and to cut, trim
and control the growth of trees and other vegetation on and in
the easement area or on adjoining property of GRANTOR, which
might interfere with or threaten the operation and maintenance of
any public utility equipment, accessories, or operations. Pro-
vided, however, GRANTEE shall not have the right to use said
property in a manner that limits or interferes with the placement
or maintenance of underground petroleum products storage tanks.
It is understood and agreed that any and all equipment and facil-
ities placed upon said property shall remain the property of
GRANTEE.
GRANTOR expressly subordinates all rights of surface use incident
to the mineral estate to the above described uses of said surface
by GRANTEE, and agrees to lender' s subordinations on behalf of
GRANTEE upon request.
It is expressly understood that the GRANTOR or future Owners of
this property reserve the right to use this EASEMENT for all
poses which do not interfere with or prevent its use by the pur-
