after careful consideration of the changes here -in proposed, recommend that
these changes be adopted.
Proposal:
That Welsh avenue be extended in a straight line in a north-westerly
direction through -lots dyne and two, block "our, to the intersection of Angus
street; that Angus street be extended in a straight line in a north-easterly
direction to an intersection with !iyrshire street, and that alloway avenue
be discontinued fron its intersection with .,ngus street to the line of
Ayrshire street:
