The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Easterwood Airport including an economic impact
study, future planned improvements and funding needs.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding infill development along the south side of Harvey
Mitchell Parkway at the future Dartmouth Avenue intersection.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future hotel occupancy tax (HOT) funded projects
including the future build-out of Veteran's Park.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding implementation of the Economic Development Master
Plan including technology commercialization and retail recruitment strategies.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding hotel occupancy tax(HOT) for branded/wrapped vehicles
for the City.
7. Adjourn.
