The City Council may or may not attend the CIP CAC Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Approve minutes from last meeting.
3. Review critical dates
a. March 15 -- Provide list of facilities subcommittee recommendations to other
subcommittees
b. April 30 -- Final subcommittee recommendations to Rod Thornton
c. May 31 -- CIP recommendations to City Council
4. Informational presentation on Police Department by PGAL with options and cost estimates. (20
minutes)
5. Information on preliminary cost estimates for City Hall/Admin. space by Jeff Capps (10 minutes)
6. Information on preliminary cost estimates for Fire Department
7. Public Forum review
8. Discuss next steps -- How are facility needs prioritized
9. Discuss what we have learned so far in terms of City Hall, Police Department, and Fire Department
10. Adjourn
