2. Statement of Appointed Officer and Oath of Office.
3. Call to order.
4. Welcome from City Manager Kelly Templin
5. Welcome from Committee Chair Rod Thornton and Co-chair William Smith
6. Announcement of Sub-Committee Chairs
7. Financial overview from Assistant City Manager Jeff Kersten
8. Sub-Committee break-out sessions to receive input from staff related to project priorities and to discuss the
scope of work:
• Facilities will meet in City Hall Administrative Conference Room#2
• Transportation will meet in City Hall Administrative Conference Room
• Parks and Leisure will meet in CMO Meeting Room
9. Sub-Committees will reconvene in Council Chambers to discuss:
• Q&A related to breakout sessions
• Chair's final remarks
10. Adjourn.

1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed,to wit: See Agenda.
