The City Council may or may not attend the CIP CAC Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Approve minutes from last meeting.
3. Fire Department Briefing from Chief Hurt.
4. PGAL Update from Jeff Capps.
5. Update on Police Department tour schedule for February 17th at 3:00 p.m. from Jeff Capps.
6. Possible location for Facilities Public Forum from Aubrey Nettles.
7. Projected City growth from Jeff Capps.
8. Subcommittee members express ideas for upgraded/new facilities projects.
9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee Member may
inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a
proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
10. Adjourn.
