The City Council may or may not attend the Historic Preservation Committee Regular Meeting. 1. Call to Order and announce a Quorum. 2. Hear Visitors. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of previous minutes 5. Discussion of HPC follow up meeting with city Councilman Nichols and PARD Board chair, Debe Shafer. 6. Discussion of future plans and programs for HPC (Historic Marker Program, Oral History, Historic Website, Special Events, and Marketing and Audio Video use) 7. Discussion of Historic Events in our area (update list for next quarter) 8. Discussion of possible FY15 Budget items. 9. Discussion on Oral History transcription — by Jared Donnelly, Historic Records Coordinator. 10. Activity Report - by Jared Donnelly, Historic Records Coordinator. 11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of historical items presented by committee members, which may include historical books, pictures, artifacts, scrapbooks, or other memorabilia. No action will be taken. 12. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. t 13. Adjourn.
