AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN
ASHFORD SQUARE SUBDIVISION, LOT 4 & 5, BLOCK D, SAID SUBDIVISION BEING
PLATTED AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 590, PAGE 269, DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS,
COUNTY, TEXAS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Pursuant to an application and request filed with the City of College Station,
Texas, November 16, 1983 that easement being a 20 foot wide strip of land
for the purpose of a drainage easement and being part of Lots 4 and 5, Block
D, Ashford Square Subdivision, and its centerline being more properly described
follows:
BEGINNING at the northern most corner of Lot 5, Block D, Ashford Square
Subdivision;
THENCE S 0° 08' 29" E for a distance of 5,00 feet to the point of beginning;
THENCE N 89o 5l' 31" E for a distance of 97.00 feet to the end of said easement.
PASSED AND APPRDVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
this the 26th day of Jsnua~y 1984.
