SURVEY A-8, COLLEGE STATION, 8RAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM APARTMENTS MEDIUM DENSITY OISTRICT
R-5 TO APARTMENTS HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT R-6.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Councll held a public hearing in the City Hail at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, Deeeraber 8, 1983 on the question of rezonlng certain areas within
the City Limits:
ANO, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of the Timber Ridge Addition Third Installment
Richard Carter Survey A-8, College Station, Brazos County, Texas as filed in Volume 502
Page 107 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Apartments Medium Density
Dlstrlct R-5 to Apartments Hlgh Density District R-6.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
