BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the Clty Council held a public hearing in the Clty Hall at 7:00 P.N. on Thurs- day, Dec(~aber 8, 1983, on the question of rezoning certain areas wlthln the Clty Limits; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determlned the followlng: To rezone or change the classification of a part of the Shenandoah Subdivision and five (5) tracts of land lylng and being situated in the Robert Stevenson League, A-Sh, Brazos County, College Statlon, Texas, belng a part of that 159.3813 acre tract conveyed to J. Spencer Wendt, Trustee, by Robert Wood et-al, by deed recorded In volume 5q5, page 694 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being a part of the plat recorded in Volume 590 Page 251 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, and all being more fully described as follows: TRACT NO. 1 (a part of the Shenandoah Subdivision) All lots and property In Shenandoah Phase 1, save and except the lots in the Planned Unlt Development, and the tracts labeled on the plat "Reserved for Future Resubdivision', from Agriculture-Open Space Olstrlct A-O to Single Family Residential District R-1.
