RECOROS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM APARTMENTS LOW DENSITY DISTRICT R-q
TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT C-N.
DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, Au§ust I1, , 1983 on the question
of rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Counc11 has determined the followlng:
To rezone or change the classification of al1 of Lots 12 $ 13 Block T
University Park Section II Subdivision, College Station, Texas as recorded
on Plat in Volume 523 Page h39 of the Oeed Records of Brazos County, Texas
from Apartments Low Oensity Oistrict R-q to Neighborhood Business District C-N.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immedlately.
