AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 31, 32 AND THE SOUTH OR SOUTHWEST 25 FEET OF LOT 30
BLOCK 9 WEST PARK AOOITION, ON PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 102 PAGE 198 OF THE DEED RECORDS
OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL OISTRICT R-1 TO ADMINISTRATIVE-
PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a publlc hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.H. on
Thursday~ June 9~ 1983 on the question of rezoning
certain areas within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classlfication of all of Lots 31, 32 and the South or Southwest
25 feet of Lot 30 BlocL 9, West Park Addition as filed on plat recorded in Volume 102
Page 198 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Single Family Resldential
District R-I to Administrative Professional District A-P. And, that, access to the
tract of land as described by this ordinance shall be from Grove Street only.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immedlately.

1982.
