AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACTS D & E; SOUTHNOOD VALLEY SECTION 30 SUBDIVISION FROM
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL OISTRICT R-1 TO APARTMENTS MEDIUM OENSITY OISTRICT R-5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, February 10, 1983, on the question of rezonlng certain property within the
city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Counc~) has determined the following:
To rezone or change the ciassiflcatlon of the following t~o (2) tracts of land al1
being a part of Southwood Valley Section 30 Subdivision, a subdivision of the City
of College Station, Texas according to p)at filed in Volume 508, page 57i of the Deed
Records of Brazos County:
TRACT D SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 30 SUBDIVISION
From Single Family Resldentlal District R-1 to Apartments Medium Density District R-5.
TRACT E SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 30 SUBDIVISION
From Single Family Residential District R-1 to Apartments Medium Density D~strlct R-5.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
