AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AIID BEING SITUATED
IN THE ROBERT STEVENSON LEAGUE Iff COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE
FULLY DESCRIBED BY HETES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM AGRICULTURE
OPEN SPACE DISTRICT A-O TO COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT C-2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Councll

within the city limits;
held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.H. on
,1983 on the question of rezoning certain areas
AND, WHEREAS, the City Councll has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following tract of land all lying and
being situated in the Robert Stevenson League in College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, being a part of that 7.29 acre tract conveyed to Willlam D. Fitch by deed
recorded in Vo]ume 4h2, page 76 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as fo]lows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of the said 7.29 acre tract.
THENCE N 32 degrees 12' 28" W - 521.06 feet along the northeast l~ne of the
said 7.29 acre tract;
THENCE S 17 degrees 22' 13" E - 539.03 feet through the said 7.29 acre tract
to the southeast line of same;
THENCE N 57 degrees 47' 32"E - 138.03 feet a]ong the southeast line of the
said 7.29 acre tract to the Point of Beg~nnlng and containing 0.83 acres of land more
or less from Agriculture Open Space District A-O to Commercial Industrlal District C-2.
And, it is ordained that said changes shall become effective immediately.
