AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 0.~6 ACRE TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN
THE HORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, A-46, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY,
TEXAS AND BEING HORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE, FROH SINGLE
FAHILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-i TO NEIGHBORHOOD-BUSINESS DISTRICT C-N.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council

AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain tract or parcel of land,
lying and being situated in the Norgan Rector League, A-~6, located in the City of
College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING: at a point for corner at the southwest corner of the intersection of
Krenek Tap Road (40~ right-of-way) and State Highway 6 (East-By-Pass);
THENCE: S 27°28~00' E - 292.9 feet along the west right-of-way line of said
State Hwy. 6 to a point for corner;
THENCE: S 28038'00'' E - 86.10 feet along the west right-of-way line of said State
Hwy. 6 to a point for corner;
THENCE: N 4~°50~29'' W - 362.88 feet to a point for corner in the south right-of-
way line of Krenek Tap Road;
THENCE: N 45°30'00'' E - 111.50 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING: and containing
0.46A:res of land, from Single Fami)y Residential District R-1 to Neighborhood-Busi-
ness District C-N.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
