R. TRAINOR, PRESIDENT OF SANDI, INC. FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION GIVEN. WHEREAS, on the llth day of October, 1984, the City of College Station, Texas heard the application of W. R. Trainor, President of Sandi, Inc. for the abandonment of an easement located on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Boardwalk Subdivision, as depicted on plat recorded in Volume 498, Page 327 of the Brazos County Deed Records in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and having heard the evidence, the City Council was of the opinion that the sanitary sewer line located on these lots can be relocated. WHEREAS, the City Council found relocation and dedication of sanitary sewer lines would be adequate consideration for the abandonment of the easement located on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Boardwalk Subdivision, an addition to the City of College Station, Texas. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS THAT: For and in consideration xn exchange for utility easement location, the City Council of the City of College Station hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of College Station, Texas to execute a quit-claim deed to convey the sanitary sewer line located on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Boardwalk Subdivision, as depicted on plat recorded in Volume 498, Page 327, of the Brazos County Deed Records in the City of College Station, to W. R. Trainor, President of Sandi, Inc. PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 25th day of 19 84 . October ATTEST: APPRO~ / O43?6
