AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 19-27, RICHARDS ADDITION, COLLEGE STATION,
BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM APARTMENTS HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT R-6 AND
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:DO
P.M. on Thursday, July 26, 1984on the question of rezoning certain
areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 19-27, R~chards
Addition, as filed in Volume 137, Page 25 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, from Apartments High Density District R-6 and Sinqle
Family Residential District R-1 to General Commercial Distr~ct C-1.
And it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
