AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2A BLOCK 2 COURTYARD APARTMENTS
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STAION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C -N
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS TO C-3 PLANNED COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 13, 1987, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 2A Block 2
Courtyard Apartments Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 757 Page 336 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from C -N Neighborhood
Business to C-3 Planned Commercial.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of August, 1987.
