AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL LOTS (1-6) IN THE ESTATES OF INDIAN
TRAIL SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM A-O
AGRICULTURAL-OPEN TO R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 1986 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS the City Councxl has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all lots (1-6) in the
Estates of Indian Trax1 subdivision, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas as recorded in Volume 930 Page65] of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, from A-O Agricultural-Open to R-1
Single Family Residential.
And, xt xs ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
