AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 22 & 23 BLOCK 5 RRDLICKA SUBDIVISION,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 26, 1986 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 22 & 23 Block 5
Hrdlicka subdivision, consisting of tracts recorded in Volume
140, Page 435; Volume 171, Page 627; and, Volume 285, Page 640
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from R-1 Single
Family Residential to C-1 General Commercial.
And, it ia ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of June, 1986.
