AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2 LAKEVIEW ACRES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO
PLAT OF RECORD FILED IN VOLUME 128 PAGE 300 OF THE DEED RECORDS
OF BRAZOS COUNTY, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1 TO
OENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing ~n the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 26, 1986 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 2 Lakeview
Acres Subdivzslon, College Station, Brazos County, Texas as recorded
in Volume 128 Page 300 of the Deed Records of Brazos County from
Single Family Residential District R-1 to General Commerczal
District C-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 26th day of June, 1986.
